Innovative, focused, and collaborative services centered around

We believe that working in a child's natural environment provides a unique opportunity to help with the "on the ground" needs of your family.

  • 10-20 hours a week of direct therapy with your child

  • Weekly parent training sessions

  • Certified and Licensed Behavior Technicians

  • Weekly BCBA supervision

  • Individualized assessments and treatment plans

We want to be a part of your team and it's likely your team may already include great professionals or is currently growing.

Let us work with your existing teams to create continuity and consistency with the great programming you already have in place.

Our professionals seek this collaboration with other fields and want for your child to receive the best services they can, wherever they can get them!

We work with all ages to:

  • Increase communication and social skills

  • Teach activities of daily living

  • Increase pro-social behaviors and safety in the community

  • Provide cognitive skills training relevant to verbal communication and school readiness

  • Reduce inappropriate behaviors

In April 2018, Stephen Sykora, BCBA and Kourtney Pickens, BCBA started Pacific Northwest Behavior with two goals in mind. The first, to attract practitioners who were passionate collaborators with fellow therapists and community resources.

The second, to place these leaders into your homes and natural settings to change the perception about how Applied Behavior Analysis can impact your family's life by delivering relevant therapy that is truly individualized.

We believe the best therapies bridge the gap between skill development and practical application in daily life. We want to provide parents with practical training as well so that you can feel successful when working with your children. We want to serve your children where they need the support. We believe in being innovative and ethical practitioners and we can't wait to meet you and your family.
