Behavior Technician (Part time)
Job Description:
A behavior technician serves as the primary provider for children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and their parents.
Qualifications:
In order to excel in this position, a behavior technicians must:

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Be detail oriented, especially when it comes to data collection and writing notes

Demonstrate effective organization skills

Have a history of taking the appropriate initiative with their work

Have a High School Diploma (college degree preferred)

Have, or be able to obtain and maintain, a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential

Complete a 40 hour training course

Complete a competency assessment

Pass a background check

Complete a RBT exam

Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Must be able to work flexible day hours and evenings (3pm-6pm)
Compensation:
Compensation is hourly and is negotiable based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
